I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe the great prices for such a well-located hotel near the city center. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms that even had a couch for extra relaxation. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service, responding quickly and accommodating my work needs, which was greatly appreciated.
Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

During my stay over Christmas at this hotel, I really enjoyed the key location of the hotel. It was right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the city and visit the main attractions. the staff was really friendly and helpful, providing me with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. It was great to have such cute and well trained staff members.
One aspect that I didn't like was that the bathrooms were shared with other rooms. It would have been more convenient to have a private bathroom, especially during the holiday season when the hotel was quite busy.

If you're looking for a place to stay that is conveniently located near all the action, this is it! Just a short 6-minute walk from the main square, Piazza del Campo, you'll be right in the heart of the city. The owners are extremely helpful and will give you plenty of recommendations to make the most of your stay.
The only downside is that some guests have been known to smoke in the communal areas, such as the kitchen, which can be unpleasant for non-smokers.
